Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 tablespoons olive oil 3 blood oranges, 1 juiced and 2 cut into segments 1 lemon, juiced Salt and pepper to taste 1 pound of mesclun salad with sprouts and edible flowers 1 fennel bulb, sliced very thinly Directions: Whisk olive oil, orange and lemon juice, salt and pepper together.
