Serves 4

Ingredients:
16 mint leaves
3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup pitted cherries
1 cup dry Spumante wine
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon Peachtree Schnapps
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Reserve 4 of the mint leaves, combine all other ingredients in a wide, deep dish, stir lightly until the sugar dissolves and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Serve in stemmed glasses, topped with the reserved mint leaves.
