![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 garlic cloves, sliced 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound shrimp-shelled, deveined and cut into 1/2-inch pieces 3 cups Lidia's Flavors of Italy Capricciosa Sauce 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley Salt to taste 1 pound cappellini Directions: In a non-reactive skillet, saute' the garlic in 3 tablespoons of olive oil until golden. Add shrimp and cook, stirring over a high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add Lidia's Flavors of Italy Capricciosa Sauce and bring to a boil quickly over high flame. You do not want to overcook the shrimp. Add parsley. While cooking the sauce, cook the cappellini in 4 quarts of salted boiling water until al dente (tender but still firm), about 3 minutes.
